Kara Moss is the owner of Samsara Therapy Corp, founded in 2016. Samsara is expanding and has partnered with the following professionals to provide the following services. This also includes access to various Indigenous healing ceremonies such as sweat lodge, cedar bath and Sundance ceremony. In addition, the following programs will be offered by Samsara and partners.

In accordance with private practice standards, best practice states therapists must always be clinically supervised. Kara is now offering supervisory services to therapists.

Workshops offered to Organizations

Cultural Unity Within Reconciliation is a workshop designed to bring awareness and understanding into the workplace. It interweaves western ideologies with Indigenous knowledge and wisdom for the purpose of working towards cultural unity and reconciliation. Intended for companies that want to work towards a proactive reconciliation strategy and inclusive workplace.

Back To Our Roots – Connecting to Our Spirit

Is a trauma program developed which includes cultural safety practices. We want to create trauma wisdom and interweave trauma therapy. Therapy is ceremonial and its a form of sharing our unique stories. This program connects Inter-generational trauma to Inter-generational love and resilience.

The Spirit Within

An eight-week program tailored for Indigenous youth facing substance use. This program includes psycho-social aspects, emphasizing substance prevention strategies. With an optional land-based component, providing a holistic approach to healing.

With years of dedicated research, mental health and traditional healing practices, Dr. Wilson has served as the Elder residence in medicine at the University of Manitoba. She has 55 years of working experience in community, blending all three ways of knowing - spiritual, mental, physical. She brings wisdom combined with contemporary approaches.
